DirectVapes.com allows for returns or exchanges if the product is in brand new condition with original packaging, unopened, and unused within 15 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of the use of these products, we do not accept any returns where an item has been opened or used – no exceptions. If an item has been damaged during shipping you will need to provide proof of damage with pictures or video of the damaged package.
Be prepared to provide your order number, billing information, proof of receipt (tracking number) and shipping information upon contacting us, we must verify this information to help you process a return or exchange. We may request pictures or video of your order along with it’s original shipment packaging for an exchange or error in item received. If an item is returned a 30% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. If an item is exchanged for one of lesser value a refund for the remaining amount will be processed.
